We offer competitive wages, training, and the chance to work with stellar sailors from around the region. Employment is seasonal, and runs from May 1 to October 31. Full and part time work is available.

Our team is comprised of several roles. We hire multiple team members in each role to ensure scheduling flexibility and consistent delivery of our outdoor experiences.   • Wind Dancer Captain

    Wind Dancer captains are responsible for the safety of the customers, ensuring all Coast Guard regulations are followed, guests are comfortable and enjoying themselves.

  • Wind Dancer First Mate

    Wind Dancer first mates are responsible for following the captain's directions at all times, the safety of the guests aboard, and ensuring guests needs are addressed.

  • Wind Dancer Second Mate - Hospitality Lead

    Wind Dancer hospitality leads are responsible for assisting the first mate and captain in carrying out duties,  the safety of the guests, and are lead for hospitality duties.

  • Delamar Pontoon Captain

    Our Delamar pontoon captains are responsible for for ensuring the safety of all guests, following all coastal regulations on the water while underway, and making sure our guests have a memorable experience.
